About the product
LaTimba is a custom digital platform for a coworking space and café. The product brings workspace bookings, food ordering through table-specific QR codes, online payments, and operational workflows into one connected system.
Product landscape
Its scope includes a café menu, kitchen order flows, membership activation, administrative dashboards, operational roles, receipts, and daily sales reporting.
Our role
We designed and developed the complete platform, covering the customer ordering experience, internal operational tools, payment flows, membership logic, and network-access integration.
How we approached it
We modelled the coworking and café as one connected operation instead of separate tools. Table-specific QR codes linked customers directly to the correct ordering context; orders moved through dedicated barista and kitchen views; payment confirmations updated receipts and operational records; and active memberships were connected to Wi-Fi access through FreeRADIUS.
Technology context
The system uses React, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks, Midtrans, and FreeRADIUS-based network access.
