About the product
ManageFreediving is a multi-tenant platform created for the operational needs of freediving schools and centres. It connects bookings, courses, instructor assignments, payments, resources, and reporting within a single digital environment.

The platform includes role-based access, recurring event logic, automated invoicing, partial and full payments, and integrations with global and regional payment providers.
Our role
We conceived and built the product end to end: translating real operational requirements from freediving centres into the product model, designing the data and system architecture, shaping the user experience, implementing the frontend and backend, and connecting payment and operational services.
How we approached it
We began by mapping the daily workflows of a centre - courses, bookings, instructors, resources, customers, and payments - and designed a multi-tenant model around those relationships. The product was then divided into operational modules backed by a shared API and permission system. Payment providers were integrated through webhooks, while recurring scheduling, invoicing, and reporting were handled as reusable platform services.
Technology context
The product ecosystem includes React, Node.js, AdonisJS, MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks, Stripe, Midtrans, and responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile workflows.
